Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 5 business days before being shipped.
- Production Time: 5-7 business days (may vary during peak seasons).
- Shipping Time: Depends on the shipping method and destination.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer worldwide shipping with the following options:
- Standard Shipping: 3 – 30 days
- Express Shipping: 1 – 15 days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
3. International Shipping
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made to order and cannot be resold or restocked.
2. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as production begins shortly after. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at support@necroticthreads.com
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in producing and shipping our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@necroticthreads.com
- Provide a description of the issue and attach photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items on sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
